The mission of the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is to eliminate cancer, and integral to this mission it a commitment to education. The MD Anderson Cancer Network is a manifestation of such a commitment through which the institution disseminates its knowledge via partnerships within the United States and across the world. A key partner in the MD Anderson Cancer Network for nearly 15 years is MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid, a thriving cancer center in Madrid, Spain, with a dedicated team of outstanding physicians and other healthcare professionals who share MD Anderson’s unique mission.
It is our honor to invite you to the 2nd MD Anderson Cancer Network Pathology Conference, which will be held in Madrid in October 2018. The meeting will provide an educational venue in which current topics of relevance to practicing pathologists and other physicians, academic and non-academic, are presented and discussed. With these goals in mind, the program is organized into sessions covering the breadth of pathology subspecialties, with a Keynote Symposium dedicated to highlighting advances in technology, informatics, biomarkers, and molecular diagnostics. In addition, the meeting will be enriched with case Seminars that illustrate and discuss complex diagnostic topics in a workshop format using virtual slides.
We look forward to your participation!
